These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Sage Sinto website and your purchase, booking, or use of Sage Sinto services, memberships, classes, programs, recordings, coaching, workshops, and related content.

Sage Sinto is operated by Sergiy Sinto, based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

By using this website, purchasing or booking a service, subscribing to a membership, or participating in a Sage Sinto program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional terms applicable to the particular service.

1. About Sage Sinto

Sage Sinto provides movement, fitness, wellness, educational, and mind-body programs for individuals, groups, communities, and organizations.

Services may include online memberships, live and recorded classes, individual coaching and personalized sessions, assessments, workshops, group programs, workplace and community wellness programs, and organizational partnerships.

Services may be delivered online, in person, or in hybrid formats.

2. Nature of Services

Sage Sinto services are intended for general fitness, movement, wellness, and educational purposes.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition and are not a substitute for individualized medical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy, psychotherapy, or other healthcare provided by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Participation does not establish a physician-patient, physiotherapist-patient, psychotherapist-patient, or other regulated healthcare-provider relationship.

Participants are responsible for determining whether an activity is appropriate for them and should seek advice from an appropriate qualified healthcare professional when necessary.

Additional health and participation terms may apply to particular programs or services.

3. Sage Sinto Membership

The Sage Sinto Membership currently provides access to benefits that may include:

live weekly online practices;
a library of recorded sessions;
new membership content;
access to practices from compatible personal devices; and
membership communications and community support.

Specific schedules, classes, content, features, and availability may change from time to time.

Additional terms applicable to Membership participation are provided in the Membership & Health Policy.

4. Membership Price and Automatic Renewal

The Sage Sinto Membership is currently CA$59 per month.

Membership is a recurring monthly subscription and automatically renews each month until cancelled.

By subscribing, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method CA$59 each month, plus any applicable taxes or other charges disclosed before purchase, until you cancel your subscription.

The applicable price, currency, billing frequency, and any additional charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Individual Coaching and Private Services

Individual coaching, consultations, assessments, private sessions, and personalized programs may be offered separately from Membership.

Fees, scheduling, location, session duration, cancellation requirements, and other applicable conditions will be communicated before the service is booked or purchased.

Individual services may also be subject to a separate intake form, informed consent, participation agreement, waiver, or other service-specific terms.

Where separate written terms apply to an individual service, those terms will apply together with these Terms & Conditions.

6. Organizational and Community Services

Sage Sinto may provide programs, workshops, training, wellness initiatives, consulting, and related services to businesses, senior living communities, community organizations, associations, institutions, and other organizations.

The scope of services, fees, schedules, responsibilities, cancellation terms, payment arrangements, and other conditions may be established through a separate proposal, invoice, service agreement, or other written arrangement.

Where a separate written agreement applies, its specific terms will take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions to the extent of any inconsistency relating to that engagement.

7. Payments

Payments for Sage Sinto services may be processed through Stripe, accepted by Interac e-Transfer, or made through another payment method agreed upon for a particular service or organizational engagement.

Recurring online Membership subscriptions are processed through Stripe and automatically renew according to the subscription terms disclosed before purchase and at checkout.

Sage Sinto does not directly process or store complete payment-card information submitted through Stripe Checkout.

Individual coaching, private sessions, workshops, organizational programs, and other services may have separate pricing, deposits, payment schedules, invoices, or payment terms.

You are responsible for providing accurate and current payment information.

8. Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your Membership at any time.

Cancellation stops future recurring Membership charges. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, Membership access will ordinarily continue until the end of the current paid billing period.

Instructions for managing or cancelling a subscription may be provided through Stripe's customer-management tools or by contacting Sage Sinto.

9. Refunds

Membership payments are generally non-refundable once a monthly billing period has begun, except where a refund, cancellation right, or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Cancellation normally stops future renewals rather than providing a refund for the current paid period.

Refund and cancellation terms for individual services, workshops, organizational programs, or other services may differ and will be communicated when applicable.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or waived.

10. Scheduling and Changes

Classes, sessions, programs, workshops, recordings, instructors, locations, and schedules may occasionally be changed, rescheduled, replaced, or cancelled.

For individual or organizational services, applicable rescheduling or cancellation conditions may be established separately when the service is booked or agreed upon.

Reasonable changes to Membership schedules or individual content do not automatically entitle a member to a refund where the overall Membership service remains available.

11. Personal Use and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, access to Sage Sinto programs and materials is provided for personal or authorized organizational use only.

Sage Sinto Method classes, recordings, videos, exercises, written materials, graphics, presentations, program materials, and other original content may not be copied, recorded, reproduced, distributed, resold, publicly displayed, modified for commercial use, or otherwise exploited without prior written permission.

Purchasing or receiving a service provides access to the applicable service or materials. It does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights.

12. Participation and Online Services

Participants are responsible for maintaining a reasonably safe environment and using suitable equipment or supports where applicable.

During online or recorded sessions, an instructor may not be able to continuously observe a participant's movements, surroundings, or physical response.

Participants are responsible for working within their individual abilities and for modifying, pausing, or stopping an activity when appropriate.

Additional participation requirements may be contained in the Membership & Health Policy, individual informed consent documentation, or service-specific agreements.

13. Third-Party Services

Sage Sinto may use third-party providers for functions including website hosting, payment processing, video conferencing, email communications, scheduling, and other technology or business services.

Use of those services may also be subject to the respective provider's terms and privacy practices.

14. Website and Service Availability

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website, Membership materials, and online services available.

Uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, internet outages, third-party services, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

15. No Guarantee of Results

Individual experiences and outcomes vary.

Sage Sinto does not guarantee any specific physical, cognitive, emotional, fitness, health, business, workplace, or wellness outcome from participation in a program or service.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sage Sinto and Sergiy Sinto are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the website, digital content, or services.

Additional terms relating to participation in physical activities and individual responsibility may apply through the Membership & Health Policy, informed consent documentation, waivers, or service-specific agreements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, statutory consumer rights, or other rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

17. Privacy

Personal information is collected, used, stored, and disclosed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable privacy legislation.

18. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to services, technology, business practices, or applicable requirements.

The current version and effective date will be published on this website.

Material changes affecting an existing recurring subscription will be communicated where required by applicable law.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections or other rights that may apply.
