2. Payment Information

Payments for Sage Sinto services may be made through Stripe, Interac e-Transfer, or another agreed payment method.

When you make a payment through Stripe, Stripe may collect information necessary to process and protect the transaction, including your name, email address, billing information, payment-method information, and transaction details.

Sage Sinto does not directly receive or store complete credit or debit card numbers submitted through Stripe Checkout.

When you choose Interac e-Transfer, Sage Sinto may receive information associated with the transfer, such as your name, email address, payment amount, transaction details, and any message included with the transfer.

Your financial institution, Stripe, Interac, and other applicable payment providers may separately process information in accordance with their own privacy practices.

Payment and transaction records may be retained where reasonably necessary for Membership administration, accounting, taxation, legal requirements, and business record-keeping.

  • provide Memberships, classes, coaching, assessments, workshops, programs, and other requested services;

  • respond to inquiries;

Where an organization engages Sage Sinto to provide a program or service, Sage Sinto may receive professional contact information relating to representatives, coordinators, employees, residents, members, or participants where reasonably necessary to organize and deliver the service.

Information relating to individual participants will not ordinarily be provided back to the organization in personally identifiable form unless the individual has consented or disclosure is otherwise permitted or required by law.

Where appropriate, organizations may receive general or aggregated information concerning a program that does not identify individual participants.

If you subscribe to emails or otherwise consent to receive marketing communications, Sage Sinto may send information about classes, programs, events, educational content, and related services.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the message or by contacting Sage Sinto.

Service communications reasonably necessary to administer an active Membership, booking, purchase, or client relationship may still be sent.

  • video conferencing and online classes;
